As of v1.4.10, The Forgotten Cemetery can only be accessed by using the stairs in The Nether Chambers. Simplest way is to teleport to the Tombs of the Cruel Wolf Level 2, then follow the south-west passageway to the Nether Chambers stairs.
There is no enemy in the cemetery. You will find an NPC who sells you Orbs of Banished. You can get a quest from him as well. Completing the quest, which is easy, he will reward you with a Demon Skull and an orb. You should equip the skull on one of the hero and then feed the skull with the orb.
The Undead Market is here too.
